Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

To start a return, contact us at susana.contreras65@att.net with your order number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
